According to Mashable, mobile recruiting is facing a disconnect: 19% of job seekers use mobile devices to search for jobs, but 57% of job seekers would like to use mobile devices to search for jobs!
Hopefully recruiters will embrace the technology to catch up to how the job seeker likes to search out potential new gigs. While best practice of mobile recruiting is still evolving to candidate behavior, it is clear that companies should have a mobile recruiting strategy going forward.
