Work and Fun Do Mix
Sometimes it’s not what you do, but where you do it. This pearl of wisdom was not born in my mind. Nor did it issue from the intellectual reservoir of a world famous thinker. It is the credo espoused by none other than the place that gave the world Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, and countless other big screen and little screen personalities.
Warner Brothers opened its doors in 1925. And since that time, the world-famous studio has lit up the world with an endless supply of entertainment treasures. From humble beginnings, the company has grown into a media powerhouse reaching every known corner of the globe. Currently, Warner Brothers keeps over 10,000 employees putting their skills to work throughout the world.
I recall the time I was honored with my own private tour of the famous studio. Met a young storyboard artist there. Talk about enthusiasm. I took advantage of an invitation to watch him work. He could have powered the entire city with his energy. Yes, he definitely loved his job.
Got to see plenty more of the studio’s inner workings, too. And I have to say, there’s definitely no shortage of fun jobs there. We’re talking selection plus. Maybe there’s something for you. Check out the career opportunities at Warner Brothers. Could be the destination of your dream job.
